- This is a job and field practice-based training program for students of regional universities and is operated by relocated public agencies in partnership with local universities.
Characteristics of regional talent training
- The relocated public agency shall operate an educational program for students of regional universities. The program will be centered on field-practice and jobs that could lead to employment. - By developing a regional educational program that reflects the agency characteristics, relocated public agencies aim to train regional talents, contribute to regional development, provide career exploration opportunities to students, provide tailored training of expert manpower, and create jobs through Industry-academe cooperation.
